Account management
Phone Number and Email Address Management
Only the project manager has the authority to update phone numbers and email addresses on the projects' detail page. These details are listed under the section labeled User Accounts.
For VSC-4 and VSC-5, a valid mobile phone number is essential due to the requirement for two-factor authentication (password and SMS token).
Please note:
- Phone Number Changes: When updating a phone number, a new authentication token will be generated. This process may take up to 30 minutes. In some cases, particularly with US phone numbers, immediate functionality might be delayed due to required adaptations by our provider. If you encounter issues, please contact us for assistance.
- Alternative Authentication: If you are unable to use a mobile phone number, you may opt for a hardware security key (YubiKey) as an alternative method for two-factor authentication. The YubiKey functions via a USB device and needs to be obtained from us. Contact us if you require a YubiKey.

Password
The user can change his password in the account review. If a password is lost, the project leader can reset the password by editing the user's data in the section user accounts of the projects' detail page.
Statistics
Cluster resolved usage is visualized for each project member in the account review pages.
